Home-Based Learning

Parents before you start, consider the following:
  1. A child usually attends school for 6 hours a day. Time spent while in Home-Based Learning is a fraction of this time with different benefits.
  2. How can you make the most of this opportunity to learn and be together as a family?
  3. What routines will work best for your family?
  4. How will you celebrate the little and big successes your child/ren make? E.g. having a positive attitude, staying on task, completing all set work.
